Are you seeking more information on the DiSC Model? Then come learn more with Gary Lear, who with over 20 years of experience working with culture change and leadership development, will focus on the DiSC Model including lots of group interaction and discussion.

Gary, who is an “I” (to influence), will also present tools that can be used when teaching the DiSC Model, and how to implement it as part of the language of an organization’s culture.

In addition, Gary is the author of Leadership Lessons from the Medicine Wheel: The Seven Elements of High Performance. He serves on the Board of Regents for the Institute of Certified Professional Managers at James Madison University, ed He is an adjunct facility member of the US Department of Justice’s National Institute of Corrections Academy, specializing in the area of strategy and strategic thinking, and a former training manger for the largest state agency in Florida.
